Description
Lavashka is an Iranian food with a sour and salty taste that is prepared from the concentrated and thickened juice of fruits such as plums, apricots, plums, apples, ghee, kiwi and the like.
Lavashka is actually a kind of extract taken from fruits, which nutritionists call an extract (concentrate), and in Arabic it is called (Qamar al-Din) and is obtained by drying. لواشک در واقع نوعی عصاره گرفته شده از میوه ها است که متخصصان تغذیه آن را عصاره (کنسانتره) می نامند و در زبان عربی آن را (قمرالدین) می نامند و با خشک شدن به دست می آید
